David CENTKOWSKI Passed away peacefully after a short illness at The Royal Derby Hospital on Friday 20th June 2025, aged 67 years.
Much loved husband of Caroline and a loving father, brother, stepfather and devoted grandfather.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Caroline, all his family and many friends.
Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Stanhope Chapel on Friday 18th July 2025 at 1.30pm.
