Ann BIRKENHEAD Dear mother of Jason and Hayley.
Treasured grandmother of James.
Sister of Allen, Hilary, Shirley and Arthur.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday 25th June at 12.45 at Myrtle chapel, Springwood Crematorium with burial to follow in Allerton Cemetery at 13.30.
Family flowers only please, however donations gratefully accepted in Ann's memory to the PAPYRUS charity.
